1. Acceptance of terms
By using FindMyJob you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What FindMyJob does
FindMyJob is a recruitment lead service. We publish selected UK job opportunities, collect a short eligibility questionnaire, and forward suitable candidates and their documents to our reviewers and, where appropriate, to employers or licensed recruitment partners.
We are not a licensed employment agency for every role, we do not issue visas, and we do not make hiring decisions on behalf of employers.
3. Eligibility and accuracy
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Information you submit must be truthful, current, and yours to share. Providing false or misleading information may cause your application to be marked as rejected and removed from further review.
4. Documents you upload
You may upload a CV, passport or national ID, and supporting certificates. We store these securely and only use them to review your suitability for UK job opportunities. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on storage, access, and retention.
5. No guarantee of employment
Submitting an application does not create a job offer, an employment relationship, or any promise of sponsorship. Salary ranges shown are estimates provided by employers or based on public market data and depend on the role, employer, location, shifts, and your eligibility.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit documents that are not yours or that you are not permitted to share;
- attempt to access other users' data or our admin tools;
- use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload the site;
- use FindMyJob for any unlawful purpose.
7. Third-party employers and partners
Job descriptions come from employers or public sources and may change or be withdrawn without notice. We are not responsible for the hiring process, contract, or working conditions offered by any third-party employer.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindMyJob is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost opportunities, travel or relocation costs, or decisions made by a third-party employer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of FindMyJob after changes means you accept the updated terms.
